Bowline on the bight
Double rope.
Make a 6. Make sure main part of rope is underneath.
Put end through eye - "rabbit up the burrow".
Instead of bringing "rabbit around the tree". Bring back on itself.
Put hand through eye and grab loop.
Pull loop through.
Pull small loop up towards main rope!
Pull right side of loop and main end of rope to tighten.

Use:
The bowline on the bight is a rescue knot. There are two loops formed. One which goes under the arms; the other under the legs of person.
Care should be taken when tying this knot.
