Bowline with extra knot

Make a 6. Make sure main part of rope is underneath.
Put end through eye - "rabbit up the burrow".
Bring end around the main rope - "rabbit around the tree".
Put end through eye - "rabbit back down the burrow".
Pull main part of rope and right hand side of loop to tighten.

Cross over.
Tuck under.
Tighten.

Use:
The bowline is a rescue and/or safety knot. You can tie the loop around you when you are hillwalking but an extra knot is required. Care should be taken when tying this knot.
