Put rope through ring.
Bring rope around again. Keep round turn loose.
Cross over.
Make half hitch. But bring rope through round turn.
Pull down keeping space between round turn and ring.
Make second half hitch. Keep space between half hitches.
Seize it with whipping twine!

Use:
The Fisherman's Bend knot is a knot for tying a warp (rope) to an anchor. It is tied in such a way that it prevents the rope from wearing at the knot itself.
